IV and Hayfever Treatments

Discover hayfever relief or achieve physical, mental and emotional wellness.

How they work

The Kenalog hayfever injection is a corticosteroid injection designed to provide relief from severe hayfever symptoms, like itchy eyes, sneezing, and congestion, especially for those who find little relief from other treatments. It works by reducing the body’s inflammatory response to allergens, typically providing relief for the entire hayfever season.

Vitamin B12 injections are used to boost energy, improve mental clarity, and support the body’s natural metabolism. They’re especially beneficial for people with B12 deficiencies or those looking for an energy lift, as B12 is essential for nerve function, red blood cell production, and overall vitality.

  • Lifestyle Choices

If a person regularly consumes alcohol, the body will likely use more vitamin B12. This means the person benefits from taking additional B12. That said, B12 is also reported to help speed up hangover recovery.

Several studies have found that how long B12 remains in the system can depend on underlying factors such as tendencies towards developing certain diseases and lifestyle choices. These can include diet, drinking, medications, drug use, etc. Vitamin B12 stays in the body for different amounts of time.

Those who suffer from liver disorders are often unable to store B12. If suffering from a liver disorder, they’re most likely to be prescribed and benefit from regularly taking vitamin B12 injections. 50% of the body’s storage of vitamin B12 is kept within the liver, no matter how it is administered, so if the liver is sick, in all likelihood, a person can suffer B12 deficiency.
