Treatment Disclaimer

We achieve significant results on many cases and strive to work with you to achieve the desired result. Any results shown or described are from clients and are typical, however the results may vary from person and thus results are not guaranteed. This varies according to biological make up and response, diet, and lifestyle. Please also note we may recommend a change in your treatment programme during your course of treatments to meet your individual needs.

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful before any treatment is carried out. If we deem the treatment unsuitable for you, we will inform you as to the reasons why, either face to face or in writing.

We have the unlimited right to refuse to provide treatment to any potential client. We specifically reserve the right to refuse to provide treatment to any potential client who provides information or medical evidence relating to a contra-indicatory condition.

Liability

We will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services that we offer to the client. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides us with all relevant medical history and information about pre-existing medical conditions before each treatment.

We will not be liable for any damage, including personal injury, sustained as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details. By having a treatment, the client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by or on behalf of the Clinic regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit our liability for death or any personal injury resulting from our proven negligence.

Consultations & Deposits

Consultations are free of charge.  If you do not attend your consultation without cancelling within the 48 hours cancellation policy, a £10 fee will be added to your account.

When booking in, you will be required to pay a £50 deposit to secure your appointment, this £50 will be deducted off your treatment price. If for any reason you are unfit or not suitable for the treatment, a refund can be made. If you do not attend or cancel your appointment within the 48-hour cancellation policy, you will lose your deposit.

Consultations are roughly 30 minutes long, please arrive at the clinic on time. When booking your appointment, it will be confirmed by either email or SMS. If you do not receive a confirmation text or email, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact the Clinic within 48 hours prior to your appointment. We would be grateful if you could be sure to do so, as soon as you know, to avoid any confusion and to help us maintain our level of service to all of our patients.

Those who cancel an appointment are able to transfer the booking fee to a new booking provided the cancellation is made known to us at least 48 hours prior to the booked date. If you do not cancel within the 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited (if you have paid one) or a cancellation fee will be added to your account depending on your appointment. Some appointments are longer than others. Appointments and courses are usually paid before receiving treatment, if you do not cancel within the 48 hours or do not show up to your appointment, this will be deducted from your course or payment.

Course of treatments – any treatment (which is part of a course) cancelled within less than 48 hours’ notice will be deducted from your course total.

LATE ARRIVAL FOR APPOINTMENTS: Arriving late for your appointment will result in a reduction of your treatment time. We will only carry out the treatment within the booked time allocated. Late arrival might possibly result in your treatment having to be cancelled or rebooked, and may, at the Clinic’s reasonable discretion, also result in the loss of any deposit or deducted from your course.
